Sung Ho Hahm, Ph.D. |

Dr. Hahm is the founder and currently serves as
the company's President and Chief Executive Officer. Trained
as a molecular neuroscientist, Dr. Hahm has more than 20 years
of experience. He obtained his Bachelor¡¯s degree from Seoul
National University and received his Post-graduate Diploma from
Massey University in New Zealand. He finished his Master of
Science degree from the University of South Florida and then
his Ph. D. degree in biomedical science from the University
of South Carolina in 1994. He worked as a Visiting Fellow and
then as a Staff Fellow at the National Institute of Mental Health
between 1994 and 2000, conducting key studies involving molecular
mechanism of neuroblastoma cancer development. He also worked
at Johns Hopkins University as a research faculty, responsible
for molecular studies of prostate cancer progression and for
the development of bioinformatics tools. Dr. Hahm has been involved
in the establishment of two other start-up biotech companies
as a founding member during the past five years. |

Hyun Hee Kim, Ph.D. |

Dr. Kim obtained Bachelor of Science in Molecular
Biology from Pusan National University, and a Master of Medicine
in Molecular Pharmacology from the Pusan National University,
College of Medicine. She obtained Ph.D. degree in Anatomy and
Neurobiology at the University Of Maryland, School of Medicine
in 2006. Before starting her Ph.D. study, Dr. Kim worked as
a government supported intern at the Laboratory for Advanced
Biotechnology and Biomedical Instrumentation in Pohang University
of Science and Technology. Dr. Kim also worked in the MEMS laboratory
in Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology in Korea, and was
involved the development of chip-based micro PCR device. |

MiSook Choe, M.S. |

Ms. Choe obtained Master of Science degree in
Biochemistry from the Gyeongsang National University in Korea.
She has also completed two years of course work in molecular
biology as a Ph.D. student at the same institution. She has
a broad experience in molecular biology and biochemistry starting
from a routine DNA, RNA, or protein work extending to studies
involving transgenic plants. |

Jiho Joung, B.S. |

Mr. Joung obtained Bachelor of Science degree
in Computer Engineering from Hongik University in Korea. He
is currently working as Information Systems Manager at TissueGene,
Inc. He has over ten years of experience in information technology
field, and his previous positions include Systems Manager at
Kolon Life Science, Inc. and Programmer/Consultant at MBIM Management
Systems, Inc. Mr. Joung is responsible for building infrastructure
for Promogen¡¯s IT network, as well as the development and implementation
of bioinformatics tools. These tools will serve for the purpose
of handling and streamlining information generated from expression
profiling of human tissue samples and other data generated using
these tissue samples. |

Sang Min Lee |

Mr. Lee is the President and Chief Executive Officer
of Daeho AL Co., Ltd., which is engaged in manufacturing rolled,
drawn, and folded products of aluminum. With 154 employees currently
working for the company, Daeho AL¡¯s annual sales for the year
2005 was close to U$100M. In order to take Daeho AL to the next
level of leadership, Mr. Lee aspires to expand his business
into the biotech and biopharmaceutical field applying cutting
edge technologies. |

Kwan H. Lee, M.D., Ph.D. |

Dr. Lee is trained as an orthopedic surgeon with
approximately 20 years of experience. He serves as TissueGene¡¯s
President and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Lee is a well-known
leader in the field of orthopedic medicine. He has served as
a professor and the Director of the Clinical Research Center
of Inha University Hospital in Korea. He is a member of the
Gene Therapy Committee of the Korean FDA, which has provided
him unique experience in understanding the drug evaluation and
approval processes in connection with genetic therapies such
as TissueGene's own cell-mediated technology. |

Roger Kang |

Mr. Kang is currently serving as Promogen¡¯s Secretary
and Treasurer. Mr. Kang is providing general assistance for
Promogen¡¯s operation. Mr. Kang also works as a Chief Operating
Officer at TissueGene, Inc. Before joining TissueGene, he was
the Managing Director of Trioh Corporation in New Jersey, a
company that specializes in international sales of medical devices
and equipment. At Trioh, Mr. Kang was primarily responsibile
for corporate operations and the development of sales channels
for products. Mr. Kang has over 17 years of experience, eleven
of which has been in the life sciences field. |

J. Kelly Ganjei |

With his experience as the Vice President in Business
Development at TissueGene, Mr. Ganjei not only facilitates Promogen¡¯s
business development, but he is also involved in setting up
the company¡¯s IT infrastructure. Mr. Ganjei holds a degree in
Microbiology, and his scientific research spans the fields of
molecular neurobiology and human genetics. He continues to study
in the fields of enterprise infrastructure design, bioinformatics,
and business. At TissueGene, he set up an informatics infrastruture
to support the global network of the TissueGene research team. |
